Job Description :
The most important job responsibility of the Unit Sales Manager is to facilitate the PSE/ TSE to perform their job responsibilities effectively, follow the process & achieve targets set by the company within time lines.
In the process they will need to provide a conducive environment for the PSE/ TSE, groom them and help them overcome their limitations by a constant process of Monitoring, Coaching, Demonstrating, and Training & Developing. They will have to help the DSM/ DTSM/ SE/ PSE plan their calls, develop a specific call strategy for each customer, organize sales tools/ aids to help the PSE/ TSE achieve their objectives.
The Manager, will have to demonstrate strong leadership skills and believe in leading from the front. Should also have a thorough knowledge of the sales process and sell effectively following the CSS process, should emerge as an idea person, should be able to establish a strong coach-player relationship with his/ her sub-ordinates and be a strong ambassador of the companys policies & processes.
