Profile - Acquiring customers at the builder site. Explaining customer about the project. Closure of the calls will be done by core team of the company. All support of training, sales will be provided.
Innitially people will be hired on commision basis. Very High commision. we can take people out of this group on rolls or if they want they can be attached to us on commisions.
The person who is doing a project with us is not supposed to run in the market for leads. He will be alloted a builder office where he has to interact with the clients and forward the leads to the core team for closure. The kind of opportunity i can offer will be very attaractive and they can also have good experience of the market till the time they complete there course. Also they are free to give interviewsn between if they want jobs at other location.
